The macerated oil of calendula flowers has historically been used to address issues like general rashes, chapped and cracked skin, persistent ulcers, stubborn wounds, bruises, etc. We were first exposed to this oil during breast cancer treatment for Kris' mom. She had terrible burns from the radiation treatments and the doctors suggested she use calendula oil to help the skin heal. Once in school for Clinical Aromatherapy, Kris learned about oil maceration and we are now able to provide a high quality calendula oil to the market at a very reasonable price (we paid $40 retail for a 2 oz bottle!)
Ingredients include: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Avocado Oil, organic calendula flowers (grown locally for us by one of our amazing clients)
Savvy Salve and oil
Savvy salve
Developed as a general skin salve for assisting in natural healing processes, this salve has been successfully used by our clients for various skin conditions. Uses vary from chronic conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and chronic ulcers to acute issues like minor cuts, scrapes, burns, bug bites, and even surgical and other open wounds. Many of the ingredients are known to fight off infection, stimulate cellular regeneration (real healing), and soften scar tissue.
Generally safe to use we do recommend speaking with your physician or our Clinical Aromatherapist before use if you are pregnant or nursing, or have major medical issues.
Savvy oil
We developed this product originally to address various skin traumas of our clients and family members. The intention of this line is to support our skin's natural ability to heal from trauma, excess conditions, and fight off infections in open wounds. Many of our clients who have suffered for years with excessive dry skin, eczema and psoriasis have found relief in the Savvy Salve.
Others have found the Savvy Oil quite useful in recovery from joint replacements and other surgical wounds as well as facial wounds and scar tissue.
