Our inhalers are simply our 100% pure essential oil singles and blends on a 100% cotton insert inside the convenient inhaler. Use several times per day for an uplift to your spirit, stimulation of your immune system, opening of your sinuses, and even to help control your appetite. We also use these just for fun!
Directions for use: unscrew the outer cap, insert slightly into one nostril, gentle closing off the other nostril and slowly and deeply inhale. Switch sides and repeat as necessary.
We recommend using these for 5 minutes or less each time. What a great way to incorporate meditative yogic breathing with aromatherapy!
